Community Projects

 

EDI also helps our community agencies become more efficient in serving their diverse constituencies. EDI plants the notion that community involvement is not an option for future leaders - it is a critical requirement. Participation in EDI allows individuals to naturally reconnect with their communities. Each program year chosen non-profit agencies are assigned an EDI team to assist with identifying, implementing, and measuring the results of projects that greatly benefit the agency and the communities they serve.  EDI alumni teams have assisted 67 non-profit agencies to date and worked on 89 projects for these agencies!
