To have senior managers
and executives in American business and organizations be a true
reflection of the cultural diversity of the communities served.
How is current and future success measured?
The Executive Development Institute:
- actively contributes to a participant's steady advancement
to the executive ranks;
- is recognized as a strategic partner in
bringing cultural diversity to the executive ranks of corporations;
- positively influences a company's workforce diversity and
enables them to better serve the needs of an ever growing
diverse base of customers;
- continues to expand into targeted major metropolitan
markets;
- is an effective conduit to enhance, bridge and
sustain alumni and supporter networks;
- collaborates with other ethnicity's career
development projects to share best practices and to support the
launch of the EDI model in their communities;
- collaborates with other leadership development
programs to strategically identify curriculum offerings that provide
development ladders for Asian Pacific & Hispanic professionals.
