  • positively influences a company's workforce diversity and enables them to better serve the needs of an ever growing diverse base of customers;

  • continues to expand into targeted major metropolitan markets;

  • is an effective conduit to enhance, bridge and sustain alumni and supporter networks;

  • collaborates with other ethnicity's career development projects to share best practices and to support the launch of the EDI model in their communities;
  • collaborates with other leadership development programs to strategically identify curriculum offerings that provide development ladders for Asian Pacific & Hispanic professionals.
