Aligning Your Inner-Strength with Your Brand by Alisa Yannello

Does how you describe yourself match how others see you? When you lack a professional brand, others might try creating it for you. When others take control of your brand, this can create a narrative that’s not aligned with who you are. Many of us underestimate the power of a strong brand and this workshop is geared towards building your brand, staying connected to who you are and balancing that with how you need others to see you in the workplace.

Creating a strong professional brand is not about self-promotion or pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about communicating your talents and being the authentic you. We’ll spend time in this activity-based workshop understanding and working through different strategies to help you clarify and communicate your personal brand.

Courageous Connectivity: The Power of Your Network & Knowing Your Value
